Humans are different in the ways they perceive and appreciate things. What one person finds unacceptable and disgusting, another may find perfect. This reality plays out in all areas of human living, including our love lives. I’ve seen men who would rather have an all natural looking woman, and I’ve seen those who’d rather you look artificial if it makes you look better. So it’s different strokes for different folks.
This post is meant to strictly look at some of those things the average guy does not like about his woman that some other guy contrastingly would fall for.
ARTIFICIAL LASHES
Artificial lashes give natural lashes a lift, no doubt, and for most guys they also make women look better. However, there are a lot of men out there who are repelled by it because they think they’re unnatural and fake. ARTIFICIAL LENSES
Personally, I love beautiful eyes, and there are a lot of other men who do too. For people like us, in artificial lenses we get what natural eyes may not give us. So men like me have no problem paying for our woman to get artificial lenses on her eyes. But of course, there are a lot of men who this is a big turnoff to.
SHOWING OFF SKIN
Many guys would never take seriously a woman that dresses to show off skin, because to them, it’s indecent to, and they don’t exactly make good wife material. But there also are men who don’t have a problem with it at all. In fact, I know married couple who have had issues in their union because the woman doesn’t look ‘sexy’ enough.
TATTOOS
Tattoos are a major turnoff to a lot of men I know. They think it’s not only unhealthy, but also paints a woman in negative light. But there are men who don’t mind their woman getting a tattoo. Some even go the length of booking a studio session to make sure she has one; others get matching tattoos with their woman. So it’s different strokes.
TOO MUCH MAKE-UP
While some of us think applying make-up to a certain degree makes a woman look clownish, there’s a guy out there who thinks the more the make-up, the prettier.
IRREGULAR PIERCINGS
For some men, conventional ear piercings are okay, but the moment you start adding extra holes to your ears and other parts of your body, you become unattractive. But I also know that some men out there are crazy about nipple piercings.
SKIN BLEACHING
Some men can spot bleached skin from a mile, and won’t have anything to do with a woman with an unnatural color. However, I think that quite an impressive number of men out there have a thing for light-skinned women, and to them it doesn’t matter if it’s natural or bleached.
Finally, I’ll say this. Always go for what thrills you. Don’t let society decide what you like or fall for. Nothing wrong with being odd. We are all different in our tastes and backgrounds.
