A teacher who was caught performing 0ral s*x on his student at night has landed in trouble after he was caught.
A young 21-year-old teacher, Matthew Sodake, has been arraigned at
an Ota Magistrates’ Court for allegedly having 0ral s*x with a 14-year
old student. He was charged for alleged assault.
The prosecutor, Sgt. Chudu Gbesi, told the court that the accused
committed the offence on July 12 at about 8.00 p.m. at Ambassador Star
Comprehensive Secondary School, Answer, Ota in Ogun.
Gbesi revealed that the accused, a teacher in the school, lured the
14-year-old student (name withheld) into the one of the classrooms and
had 0ral s*x with him. He said that the offence contravened Section 216
of the Criminal Code Laws of Ogun,2006.
The accused, however, pleaded not guilty to the charge. The Senior
Magistrate, Mr S.O Banwo granted the accused bail in the sum of N100,000
with two sureties in like sum. Banwo said that the sureties must be
residents within the court’s jurisdiction and should be gainfully
employed.
He also ordered the sureties to swear to an affidavit of means and
show evidence of tax payment to Ogun Government . The magistrate
adjourned the case to Aug. 12, for hearing.
